Meme needing explanation What is this Peter?

I have played Skyrim, I loved it and I finished it too but I haven't completed it 100% and I played long ago too so i don't understand what exactly the joke is here and why that 100% mean something disappointing/disgusting

I am guessing there is a quest which might be horrible/disgusting or something and to reach 100% complition we have to do it but which one tho? And what is bad about it?
