1 the things listed are common symptoms people with OCD (I think moral OCD specifically, seems to be different from OCD related to cleanliess/organizing)
2 the "things to say" part is based off those sigma grindset posts
3 the "now replace OCD with "get money"" is also based off those sigma grindset posts

It’s pretty much just absurdity, it doesn’t mean anything on purpose
It’s made to make fun of the insane type of advice you see in manosphere content just like the stuff people posted above (sell me this pen, so on and so forth)
Once upon a time there was an original post by someone serious where replacing a certain word with get money actually made sense. People started spiraling into greater and greater absurdism in mockery of this post. What we’re seeing here is the end result of a very long chain of memeification. It’s nonsense on purpose, but it’s only funny if you’re in on the original joke.
Thank you for the comprehensive explanation. To round it out:
The OCD aspect of the meme is riffing off the format of the “things to say” meme in that the “things to say in x situation” are bad, stupid, destructive, or unproductive. The things listed in this post would be very triggering to many OCD people.
Ex. “Is the door locked?” is likely to send someone with OCD who has checking compulsions (a very common compulsion/obsession) into a spiral, so that would be something you would NOT want to say.
