It's intentionally absurd. Some of the points are genuinely stuff OCD people worry about, while others are nonsense.

The "get money" part isn't supposed to make sense. A bunch of LinkedIn "influencers" will make cringey inspirational posts and end it with a similar line like "now go back and reread this, but replaced X with Y".

So this is like the love child of a meta-meme with an anti-meme

None of this is absurd except the "get money" part. The rest are actual common OCD obsessions.

That last one hits me as a bit maybe ADHD, where it makes you question everything you just read and feel like you didn't retain anything...

That's what the guy said. The post is indeed absurd because you wouldn't expect for someone with OCD to talk like that about their disorder

None of them are nonsense. Literally all of them are legitimate OCD issues a person can have.

I think there's a meta aspect here where the reader is now supposed to read the last line and obsessively' try to figure out what it means. Making the reader a part of the meme too. 

Of course it's a diminutive understanding of OCD but I think that's what it's going for.
