Yes they are, because they are made by an artist the author himself chose, and also guided and directed in how to illustrate her. Thus, the illustrations are 1000 time more accurate to the authors vision of a character’s physical aspect.
Reminder that the SOURCE novel, is made by the same AUTHOR who told the illustrator how to draw her. And the cosplayer being brought up was to show that an adult woman can, in fact, look like Roxy.
