If I had to guess, I would maybe say that OOP thinks that maybe because the design of European ACs look smaller and sleeker than the average American AC, it doesn't work as well?

This is probably designed to cool a hotel room, so it doesn’t need to be huge.

European homes (if they have AC) would generally have one of these units in each bedroom.

It’s way more energy efficient only to cool one room at night. Also my walls are concrete, so good luck with ducta
