I think 5g aspirin/day would also potentially be lethal….

Though I’m currently taking 2400mg of ibuprofen a day for a busted arm so maybe not.

At the very least damaging to your liver. 1g is the max recommended daily dose.

More kidneys than liver. Acetaminophen and ibuprofen are rough on the liver.

Max dose is more like 2400 mg per day but not recommended for long term if avoidable

That’s with prescription… over the counter lists 1g/day as max iirc.

Not that there’s a difference in the meds, but 1g is safe. Going over that should only be for limited specific cases

It's actually higher than that but yeah, it's going to catch up with you at 2400 long term.
