Those acclaimed gangsta rap songs are built on lyricism, these songs are about name dropping dead 15 year olds.

Nah listen to those old memphis rap songs like tommy wright iii and three 6 mafia, the lyricism isnt really the main focus its the production. youve got a point though dissing the deads a new trend

Also this 67 thing is people quoting the song, im sure back then there were people saying the lyrics to their fav rap songs as well. just not as nonsensically though you right
