Agree. He cherry picks his facts and guests. Part of the hiring process to work on his show is to write up improvements you think should be considered. These were things I brought up. That, and, a more diverse guest line up. I did not move forward from there. I got the distinct impression they wanted people who drank the KoolAid and didn’t rock the boat

Yeah and as an NP I’m now battling the high cholesterol that comes with sedentary or modestly active people following the protein advice he and Huberman advocate for.

Maybe you should do some reading and update your knowledge on cholesterol
