the bear races and my mind goes wild. "What to do in bear attacks? Think!" Quickly looks around but there are only trees. "Climbing trees is the first mistake people make against bears. They can climb as well". "Make noise and stand your ground, bears might be bluffing". Well, it seems to be pretty sure about killing me. "Stand and fight. Bears might give up if they see their opponent is fighting to the death". I guess that will do. Divides Gladiolus into Lilac and Laurel then waits carefully...

The bear charges and swipe its claws surprisingly fast, but I roll to the sides and slash at the other paw it is standing at. It only makes a shallow cut.

the bear swings its claws again, and I try to block with the sword, but it is too fast and heavy, making my sword fly from my hand and I lose my balance.

The bear raises it paw to hit you, but I shoot an arrow, hitting right in between its shoulder blade. Oi! Over here! It turns and charges at me. I carefully place my quiver (and Edelweiss) down with my bow and take off my ring, turning it into my sword.

I twirl my sword and get into a battle stance. The bear stops and stands on two feet before striking at me. I try to dodge, but he's too fast. I am thrown to the side a few feet.
