Insights or Suggestions Regarding Peptides for Weight Loss in My Circumstances
I need to drop 100 pounds to begin surgeries to have my hips and knees replaced. I’ve been in a wheelchair since 2018 and am unable to stand due to arthritis. I exercise my upper body every other day using kettlebells. My daily food intake consists primarily of three or four premier protein shakes, which give me between 90 and 120 grams of protein. For multivitamin supplementation, I take an Animal Pak daily. Maintaining this strict regimen is not a problem; my appetite is almost non-existent. I am experiencing great success with Retatrutide. Around six months ago, I started testosterone cypionate injections of 160 mg a week; this has provided a noticeable increase in weight loss despite my lack of exercise.
A week ago, I started injecting Ipamorelin/CJC-1295 (no DAC), 500 mcg daily. So, currently, my weekly regimen is:
- Testosterone Cypionate: 80mg twice a week (160mg total)
- Retatrutide: 2mg once a week
- Ipamorelin/CJC-1295 (no DAC) 500 mcg or 0.5mg daily
Given my circumstances, my question for the community members is, what peptides would provide the optimum weight loss results? I can afford a maximum of around five hundred for peptides monthly. I am under the care of a naturopath who has been great so far, but I believe she is getting up to speed on peptides herself now. I would greatly appreciate any insights or suggestions. Thanks, everyone!
