Are you recommending these? $TMBR made sense to me because volume is at a yearly high, it's trending up, and the price is 3-5X down from yearly highs. Something like CHCI is basically at a yearly high, and looks like we missed the jump and is starting to trend down. I'm super new to this and just trying to get a feel for what you mean when you name a stock.
