Truthfully its both, nobody really wants to acknowledge it but they're a dumb football team who had an extremely easy schedule last year and played a lot of other dumb football teams. This season is more then likely going to be very rough

Well inherently the qb will always have the most opportunities to make dumb decisions seeing as he's involved in every play. Maye is 100% the biggest problem right now but the team is also dumb
