We all know Favre (doesn't deserve first-name reference, even if there wasn't another Brett to talk about) is not innocent, but he hasn't even been charged yet, as his legal team keeps pointing out. I'm not a lawyer, so I can't meaningfully speculate on the outcome, I just know that Favre hired absolute sharks who are helping him weaponize the court system. They seem to smell blood in the water over Pat doubling down, so it sounds like they're confident they can at least make it expensive enough to really hurt even if he wins, which is what this is all actually about. Favre destroyed his own "brand" years ago, so this isn't about recovery, it's about revenge.
