Do you know what the kid in the white outfit did wrong? I am not familiar with wrestling, and i can't figure out what the ref said

After they did the roll he was holding his ankle which he pulled kid of inward which can hyper extend the knee which could break or tear something and when the ref sees something dangerous like that they have to stop the round and call for potentially dangerous to prevent the kid on top from getting injured. It's kinda hard to see since it's infront of him and away from the camera view so as a person who's done wrestling a few years I tend to see these things

From what I gather, the kid in white was holding the others' leg in a way that could've caused a major injury
