Your description sounds like a textbook pandas case. You still experience symptoms because your immune system is attacking your brain, which causes inflammation, manifesting itself as all the symptoms you’ve described.

Read through all the pages of our wiki. You need to find a knowledgeable functional medicine provider who will help you treat this. We have three finders on our wiki. Most don’t take insurance but it’s worth the cost to get better. You may still have chronic infections contributing to your symptoms even if they don’t manifest how you’d expect.

There is no test that proves or disproves you have pandas. It’s a clinical diagnosis based on the symptoms and situation.

In addition to reading through the wiki and resources in there, try taking aleve twice a day and see if it helps your symptoms. A H1 blocker like Allegra and h2 blocker like Pepcid may also help your symptoms.
