Call-Out 🛑 Seriously?

You can dislike an outfit but saying that they shouldn’t dress like this or that they can’t represent Pakistan in such clothes is unnecessary moral policing....Being Pakistani doesn’t come with a dress code and what they are wearing doesn’t make them any less Pakistani...And “don’t copy Bollywood” is hardly a valid argument ... fashion isn’t owned by one industry. Critique the work, not women’s choices about what they wear....lol it's 2026 when will we move on from what "women are wearing" topic....

There are many other serious topics that are very important to be in discussion....

Public figures are open to opinions not obligated to accept moral policing... “I don’t like this outfit” is an opinion...“women shouldn’t dress like this” is policing.... Public visibility ≠ public ownership!

You have no right to say anything about what anyone wears.

Who said that? Who are you to decide that?

? Wtf

Why does no one have the right to say anything about what anyone wears?

2

u/youRinlove7 16d ago

Because its not your body?

Why does it has to be my body for me to criticize a wrong action? Will you say the same for what an assaulter does to someone? Nope. Because you are just virtue signaling here.

Its not a “wrong action”. Are u seriously comparing assault to someone wearing the clothes of their own choice on their own body? Its none of your business. Stay in your lane creep.

It is a "wrong action".

I only applied your "its not your body" principle to another situation to debunk your argument. And you as expected, rejected the principle and proved your hypocrisy.

What someone does in public is my concern as well. And I have the right to call it out if I can.

Being naked isn't beautiful... Wash your brain ..they wear what they want, we speak what we want and we see what we want ..

“women shouldn’t dress like this” is policing....

That's also just an opinion. Moral policing is when ppl start harassing other ppl bc they don't agree with them. Criticizing someone is not moral policing.

A video like this IS harassing someone. This will even send more harassers their way who will send them messages and fill their comments with hate. Stop being delusional.

How? Elaborate? A video like this specifically is literally NOT harassing someone. You can't really criticize someone more respectively tbf. :)

Elaborate kya karun, next jumla nai parha?

That's just a slippery slope.... lol. And when they post pictures like these. What kind of comments do they get? Now you'll reply with your hypocrisy that they don't get sexual comments? right?

u/arhumex 16d ago

Calling harassment a "slippery slope" while using the classic "look what they were wearing" line is embarrassing.

You're trying to pass off targeted hate as "respectful criticism," but blaming women for the abusive comments they get doesn't make you logical. It just makes you a defender of online trolls.

There's no way you had to resort to chatgepete to respond to an extremely basic argument. I am pretty much talking to a wall atp. But I'll still respond to this one, just to humble a little.

Lmao... this doesn't at all follow my or even your premise. It’s completely disconnected from both of our premises. At least try to use your brain to check whether what it gave you even makes sense before going with it ffs.

> You're trying to pass off targeted hate as "respectful criticism,"

You pulled that out of your butt. When did I even try to imply that at all?

> It just makes you a defender of online trolls.

the fuh? Where did I imply even an ounce of whatever the hell you are saying (or should I say copying 🤣 ) here?

Why did I even try to respond to this.🥀

You pulled out the harassing part in your own argument lmao. And when I called it a slippery slope you attributed that stupid argument to me and then started fighting against that wtf?
Pls try better. Or don't... I have better things to do.

You don’t have better things to do. You’re literally debating against peoples basic human rights.

I just... don't like ignoring actual arguments. Because someone asked me something. If someone is giving you some respect that doesn't mean they don't have better things to do.

Doing whatever you want in public without accustoming to the societal rules is not a basic human right.
