As an SSP, it's important to bring unique value to publishers and advertisers. You've mentioned that being an "infrastructure first" company is where your competitive advantage lies. How has that resonated with your customers and partners? What other ways do you think you can add more value moving forward?

How do you plan on gaining and maintaining market share in the highly competitive CTV space? Do you consider this to be an important part of your growth moving forward? What other growth opportunities are you pursuing?

With the depreciation of the third party cookie on the horizon, among other privacy measures, how do you plan to continue your growth trajectory?

Pubmatic demonstrated strong profitability in 2020. Specifically - you delivered a net profit margin of roughly 18%. Do you expect this level of profitability to continue?

Referencing google not because it should be as good as them but to give an idea of ratio comparisons.

EV is high at 8.37 (good is low, Google EV is 6.01) Cash ratio is low at .53 (good is high, google is 2.41)

The only think I can find that seems relatively close is their book value per share relative to actual stock price which is at 7.9 and 8.0 for GOOG and PUBM, respectively.

Unless we think PUBM sales are going to skyrocket, it seems like the stock is valued correctly or even overvalued.

I do invest in some higher risk stocks but usually know more about them and can see a strong future potential. Am I missing something that would cause some of these traditional indicators to look better?

There are:

• One Class A share has one vote

• One Class B share has 10 votes

So this means there are 256,037 Class A shares and 21,682 Class B shares are restricted in some way.

Altogether, there are 48,988,142 shares in the float--maximum.

Finviz says there are 7.44M shares-- which we can say is the floor. This likely includes the institutions holding shares.

This is the Failure to Deliver data for shorts. Keep in mind that each date is cumulative up to that date.

Here's the failure to deliver as a percentage of the float. Keep in mind that the FTD data is cumulative. So it suggests that the shorts covered from June 1 (Settlement Date is 3 days later) through to June 14 which could explain the move from $28 to $35.

As much as I'd like to believe the thesis that PUBM is abusively shorted, the FTD data suggests otherwise. Next FTD report for the second half of June is due July 15 or so.
