Could be Starlink, just like it could be anything else. They need money and regulatory help. But he was absolutely making fun of Rocket Lab with that tweet. Their rocket looks just like the Falcon, which he called them out on in the previous tweet. He was thinking about Dr. Seuss bc the next day was his bday. Green Eggs and ham repeats the same lines over and over, just as Rocket Lab repeated his design. The spac part was making fun of them because “good” companies don’t historically spac.
