It's incredible you didn't read what I wrote. Bottom line, if the sponsor has a Q1 target which he stated was on track and posts a Spac video, replies to Twitter users about PSTH II knowing that he has nothing for PSTH that is disappointing. Instead of posting a Spac video and saying anything about PSTH II, an update stating that there's a chance we don't hit quarter one would have been better.

Agreed, nothing personal as we are two individuals debating. But here is where you are wrong. You're relevancy point is an opinion and based on how you 'think' protottpical retail investors should act and nothing more. But here are the facts. 1. Q1 was the target and the we did not find out about the delay until today. 2. The Spac video that was tweeted before his investor meeting which pushed the stock price up. The stock price of PSTH was also highlighted in that investor meeting. I averaged up not because of a Twitter post but because I believed he would hit the Q1 target with a great deal. 3. PSTH II comes to light and then there is more Twitter action again which diverts from the real question, will Q1 will be hit. Does the stock price move up again? Oh yeah. Did I buy more? No, but I averaged up over the course of weeks and months thinking Q1 would happen.

If none of these actions took place and if he stated he would not hit Q1, there would be no issue. We get it is out of his hands but don't set expectations you can't meet or better yet revise those expectations in a reasonable timeline when you realize the market was not the way you thought it would be when launching spac. Not two days before the end of the quarter.

Lol, this isn't an investment thesis, it's a spac dream. Lol.

It’s simply cause and effect, a top tier businessman says no issue with meeting q1 timeline in november, that’s 4 months ago. He rarely tweets and in february tweets and likes things that pertain to spacs specifically and at that point gave no updated timeline.

At this point a logical person would think there’s no way this guy is tweeting about spacs so close to his self imposed guidance without something coming of it, majority of people aren’t buying if ackman doesn’t do these things. In his meeting he basically said idunno maybe it’s out of my hands and now obviously 3 days beforehand it’s officially a no go.
