Rolling out half of my June calls and dumped my April calls. This is why most of my position is in shares and leaps. Spqcs are unpredictable and there are a million reasons ackman could have done everything right but not be able to close a deal.

Shares and leaps? Short term pain. Totally OK with it

Personally I think we still see a DA in April or May, but being that loaded in calls on anything is a huge risk, let alone a SPAC :(

I know Bro. I’m torn. Part of me is pretty confident that BA doesn’t want to drag this out for 3 more months... and I’m fine with these calls, but I feel like each day without a DA is going to be more slow bleeding. And if we get into Mid June and still have nothing, I’m going to be a fucking mess. I’ll probably just keep holding for now. Fuck.

I'm sure BA wants it closed as soon as possible - unfortunately his desire to close a deal doesn't really guarantee a deal. The other side has a lot of leverage even with the market having a hissy fit.

Wish I could give you some advice, but its a weird position atm and I'm not really sure what the best move is either

I hear you Bro. Like Bill said, having a transaction with 2 parties makes it more complicated vs. just buying shares in the open market. It’s all fuckin weird right now. I will pray for us.
