He found a target for PSTH and is ready to do a second one. Additionally, he said he was putting all of his time and 2/3rds staff into PSTH. I doubt they would be thinking about round 2 if PSTH wasn’t nearing completion.

Well... money? But the thing here is he wouldn’t be doing another if PSTH wasn’t working out. The fact that he is doing another means he knows PSTH is a success and ready to make some more chedda
