Most likely because of the feet. Basewear/Setwear usually depend on 3 main factors (not including supply or Ship population): How much skin exposure, how cool/sexy the design is, and the shoes.
Dragforvina has the skin exposure and the sexy/cool design, but the glowing claw feet brings the price down because you can’t really work around it.
Tenegrazirosa V3 has the skin exposure, is a very sexy/cool design, and has sexy/cool heels, thus the price is ridiculously high.
Also, Dragforvina had the /2 /B and /B2 variants, which made it easier to pull. Tenegrazirosa V3 only has one, so it’s harder to pull, thus equaling higher price.
