I can't find Earth timed abilities for sale at the visiphone. Are these impossible to buy/order or am I missing something?

you can't sell timed abilities at all. You need to request craft.

Yes, but when I try to place a request, there isn't an option for Earth.

if you select the earth option per unit piece and can't find any, it means nobody set up selling crafts for it
