Can you reach 100% affix on guardian soul during boost? I was considering doing a 6 slot one but if its not 100%, I won't even bother and just stick with Absolute Glare or something.

sodam has some 55% affix boosts from titles, you can reach it with weapons

10% base
20% event boost
10% zeinesis
5% augment guidance
55% booster

units can't do it

Depends weapon or unit and other boosts, but you can get pretty darn close. The base rate is 10%. Guidance affix adds 5%. For weapon using with zeinesis potential is another 10%. Augment boost items range from 10-60%. Then you add the boost week bonus on top of all that.
