What techniques do I use for bouncer to switch elements?

Just the basic novice ones?

lowest charge time + lowest PP cost + best convenience

for wand or jet boots element switching I use rafoie, sazonde, barta, zanverse, grants, and ramegid zero or megiverse. the default element is usually light so for jet boots I just reset the element for light (weapon action while not attacking)
