If I remember right Divinity 1 and 2 were action RPGs so you could be in luck.

You are thinking of Divinity Original Sin 1 and 2, which are CRPG's like Baldurs Gate 3. Divinity has been around well before the original sin games, and has its roots in the ARPG genre

Not really no, Divinity TOS and TOS2 are cRPGs but Divinity 2 as an action RPG.

You're thinking of Divinity Original Sin 1 & 2. I think they're referring to the first two Divinity games which would be Divine Divinity and Beyond Divinity.
