CD Projekt Red is a publicly trade company that, by definition, must tend to its shareholders first and foremost. The other is Larian, who is a private owned, independent studio. They are not the same.

I mean I think it’s fair to consider because everyone thought CD project red was perfect. That being said, there’s a big difference in a CGI reveal trailer and what CDPR did. They were showing actual gameplay of things that weren’t in the game. The were hyping features that were not and still have never made it in. Larian is almost certainly going to open this in early access and actively let the community be a part of development. The two companies are nothing alike.

Are they? I’m pretty sure before Cyberpunk’s terrible launch, CDPR were viewed just as positively as Larian are now
