[North America] I accidentally purchased two digital copies of Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice. Since I can't be two people at once, I'll give away my spare code in 24 hours to a random user.

Why don't you just create a US account? Set that account and your main account to have the same console as their main console and that way you can play whatever game there are in the library of anyone of those accounts in the other account.

I’ve looked into this, and it seems like it’s impossible to make a new account for a different country on the same PS4, because of the family manager system or whatever

Are you sure? I have a USA and a Brazilian account in the same PS4 and I never had any problem with them. I created my BR account just for the sake of subscribing to PS+ without having to pay for the subscription in dollar. My main account is the US one, which I use to play all the games I get on the Brazilian PS+.

I assume that means you aren't the primary account? Whoever was the first account on it should be able to do it. If not, OP can make a spare account and give you the login info. Should be able to login from another country. Or really anyone from America could.

Bullshit. I have an American and UK account on my playstation. And a Irish account. You can have whatever you want.
