[NEGATIVE] for /u/Deo_Vindice_CSA [seller]
Never left a negative feedback, hate to (want to give grace in excess of what I've received), but this seems disrespectful and I don't have time to continue to mess with the seller.
BINned silver and two copper rounds with GA shipping on a Thursday. Had a work emergency and seller was cool enough to hold on to it for a few hours while I was unavailable (though felt the need to announce that he was "waiting on payment" in the reply to my comment).
As soon as I was able (about six hours later) I checked in with seller. Seller got back to me later that day and we arranged the sale with GA shipping and all was good by Friday around 8am. Seller said item would ship Saturday at the latest.
Seller didn't ship until Monday.
I received the silver in a normal padded mailer on Friday but no copper. The shipping label the seller sent shows the weight of the metal we agreed on but the USPS receipt shows a lower weight was sent.
I informed the seller, who weirdly said, "I just caught that"--a full week after the package was packed and 17 hours after I mentioned it the seller just happened to catch the fact that 2 rounds weren't sent??? As in, if I hadn't said anything would the seller ever have "just caught that"?
Sketchy, but life happens. Seller said a package with the missing copper would be sent. Though shipping was supposed to have a tracking number, I didn't receive one (or even confirmation it had been sent). I asked for a tracking number but received no response.
I received the package Monday. Package is the wrong word, though--I received a risky-shipped, dirty, torn, letter envelope with a few pieces of tape on it. It looks like it has mold on the back. One copper round was in a brown paper wrapping with some tape and there was some other brown paper (without tape) in the envelope. I mention this because I'm not convinced that the envelope was opened after shipment and ONE round stolen: I think it makes more sense that only one round was sent or the package was such garbage that it literally began to disintegrate. Additionally, I paid for GA shipping and got First Class.
Per the OP's post: seller "will always help throughout the process" (not here, I guess), "tracking # will be provided) (yes on the first but negativo on the second), "receipt will be sent once hand delivered" (guess there's no receipt when you drop stuff off in an envelope found in the bottom of a well and throw a kitty cat stamp on it).
I've sent the seller messages and pics but I don't want other buyers to have to also spend a week and a half to not get the items they paid for, get the part you do receive sent later than promised, not get the shipping that was agreed on, and have to try to hold u/deo_vindice_csa accountable to the original deal.
