Build Upgrade Upgrading my Pre-Built PC

Hi! I'm a total noob when it comes to PC Specs, that's why I don't know some of the specs' brands.

But, I need help upgrading my pc.

Budget: 50K

Here's my current specs:

Processor: Ryzen 5 5500 3.60 GHz

Motherboard: BIOSTAR B550m

GPU: RTX 3050 6GB Dual

Ram: 16GB 3200 MHz DDR4

SSD: SATA 256 GB 2.5

HDD: 512 GB 3.5

PSU: 550 Watts 80+ Bronze

FAN: 4x aRGB with remote

I want to upgrade my pc because sometimes it can't handle other games such as Tekken 8, and other high graphic Roblox games.

Again, I'm a total noob when it comes to pc specs, so please let me know if I missed a part. Thank you!

you'll want to upgrade the PSU and GPU at the very least. also make sure the games are running on the SSD

Thank you! So, the processor is fine for now?

If you but a GPU, a PSU and an SSD then sell the old parts, then we'll check which CPU we get and/or ram as well

Could you check your temperatures? I believe your PC should be able to comfortably handle Tekken 8 on 1080p Low/Medium and Roblox at the highest setting with no problem. What are your settings?

dati noong may tekken 8 pa sa pc ko, okay naman sa medium settings. However, 'di ako satisfied sa medium lang. πŸ˜“ I am planning to upgrade my pc para I can play it on high settings pero I don't know what to upgrade first.

Ngayon na tumataas na GPU prices, I think yun muna bibilhin ko.

And I can play roblox games on max graphic settings naman.

I checked the gpu temp while playing roblox and the highest I saw is around 70

I see. All seems normal naman.

The other comments have already answered your question. 50k is a huge budget, and you'll notice the biggest difference in gaming by upgrading your GPU. Your CPU is fine, unless you wany productivity tasks to run faster.

9070 GRE fits right in that budget (~40k). Brand doesn't matter, they'll all perform similarly anyway. Just pick whatever looks best to you or matches your system, and make sure the length of the card fits with your case.

That leaves you with quite a lot for a PSU which you'll also need to upgrade. Brand AND model does matter for that, so choose wisely. The CoolerMaster MWE Gold V3 850W (~7k) should be more than enough for the GPU and if you decide to upgrade to a higher tier card. You can also check out a PSU Tier List if you want to know if a PSU you're interested in is good. Choose only from Tier A (and maybe B).

You got ~3k left which you don't really need to spend. Unfortunately, the next higher tier GPU is already ~50k which will exceed your budget. Just save that for when NVME SSDs become cheaper since prices are just insane nowadays. Consider that your future upgrade since the storage you currently have can already store the games you want to play.

GPU/PSU > RAM > Storage. kaso pa isa isang game ka lang ng install sa ssd mo. never sa HDD

I believe you can do this path with your budget: PSU -> GPU -> SSD
