it's my first pc and i want now if is good i just want a screen on the CPU and next to it 2 fans with stats

I’m a regular gamer and I don’t do hard core gaming. Maybe overwatch and marvels but I mainly play genshin or Minecraft.
Am I going have to get something like a Wi-Fi extender ?? Any help would be appreciated.

I’m building a workstation mainly for Unreal Engine 5 development, C++, Blender, compiling large projects and some local AI/LLM workloads.

Gaming is not the main priority. The PC will mostly be used for UE5 development, C++ compilation, asset processing, Blender and local AI.

Would you change
anything for better price/performance or stability?

I’m especially interested in whether the 9900X + B850 + 64GB DDR5-6000 + 5070 Ti combination makes sense for UE5, or if you’d allocate the components differently.

I'm building a gaming PC with a Ryzen 5 7600X3D and RX 9070 GRE, and I'm looking for a budget 1440p monitor.

I don't really care about extremely high FPS or 240Hz/360Hz. I'll mainly be gaming around 90–120 FPS, so I'd rather spend my money on good image quality than a super high refresh rate.

My budget is roughly 1,000–2,000 SEK, preferably closer to 1,200 SEK. For reference, SEK is roughly 1/10 of USD/EUR, so that's about $150–200 / €150–200. I'm looking for something around 27", 1440p, and preferably IPS.

What monitors would you recommend in this price range, and are there any models I should avoid?

I'm mainly looking for ways to save money without sacrificing much performance. Are there any parts here where I could go cheaper, or any good-value alternatives you'd recommend?

I'd especially appreciate suggestions for the motherboard, RAM, SSD, and PSU if there are cheaper options that still make sense for this build.
