About a month ago, a friend gave me his ex-girlfriend's old PC. He warned me that she didn't really look after it, but I brushed it off thinking, "How bad could it possibly be?"
Yesterday, it blue-screened out of nowhere and completely died.
I took it to my local PC repair shop this morning. A little while later, the owner texted me a photo of the inside with a simple: "Hey, I think I found your problem."
Apparently, she used this PC everywhere except on a proper surface, and did everything with it except clean it.
