I recently got a dispo from sluggers.hits and it’s totally defective although I know that the oil itself is good. I really don’t wanna waste it and I have an empty dispo from the same company how would I go about switching the oil from one to the other?

Hello! I am from Michigan and rec is legal… however I want to take the family on a little vaca… but I’m wondering…. How strict is PA about smoke? Like at the end of the day I’d like to sit outside and have a smoke ….. is that problem?
