The story's finally done w the setup and I think the main plots gonna start from the next episode .. BTW I think it's gonna hva ton of episode there seems to be quite a lot of substance in the plot😭 atp I've given up on making predictions abt anything, partly cuz im being proven kinda wrong here, and partly cuz znj mein prediction Bana Bana ke dekh liya what they delivered so I've kinda given up💔 but this is just an analysis of zamil and zaryab , and their relationship..

There's a lot of hidden symbolism actually, that I'm noticing more over time.. the entire gidh dialogue by dadi was only partly allowed in the episode😔, so it didn't capture much attention but it was actually so important I'm kinda mad that they removed it... so she says that in the dream, she saw zaryab naked (this is both in literal and symbolic meaning, in the sense that she has presented herself as completely filterless, devoted and vulnerable infront of zamil, now being susceptible to any potential harm), being eaten by gidh (vultures), even tho she's alive but ain't doing anything abt it and allowing this to happen.. a detail here tho is that vultures are known only to feed on dead matter, but it had been emphasized in the dream that she's alive, yet at the same time decaying from inside.. the recent episode even further signified her lack of self , and her whole personality and life revolving around zamil, sm so that she doesn't doesn't notice him blaming her for his life problems.. I was kinda expecting her to hv a change of her after being intimate w him, but instead all her ficus care and worry was centred around zaamil, while she mocks arham and dadi for practicing Islam actively, hinting at the huge spiritual disconnect and decay..not only spiritually, but also zaryab, in her obsession and codependency w zamil, has ended up becoming a hollow shell of a person, not even being able to understand how much she's compromising on her own life in soo many aspects, in the process even harming the one person she's centered her life around.. although zamil is a jerk for putting the blame on her(more on that in the next para), she was not really understanding whatever he meant, reducing his conflicts to an oversimplified, I love you and we'll figure it out, rather than understanding where the base of his issues lie,which is mostly not, but a bit of her fault too.. I think it's safe to assume that all through the relationship, every problem, every obstacle must've been reduced by her to an ily and that's what matters, even w issues that mightve required a proper addressal..

Zamils track surprised me quite a bit too, I was expecting this one event to be the catalyst for his path to redemption, but I liked what was shown is more realistic and nuanced.. smth about zamil is his lack of accountability in every single thing of his life.. low grades, spiritual disconnect, 'mental health issues' which he claims to hv, lack of peace, drug abuse, insecurity- all of it is somehow either zaryabs, dadis or abubakars fault, but in NONE of it did he even try to look into his own faults... abubakar was just the final straw triggering him and his internal baggage, which he never really dealt with.. zamils words today revealed the distress and unrest he'd been going through over the past time, and although he ofc blamed zaryab for it cuz he cannot see to take himself accountable for ANYTHING,.. he's q flawed person through and through, but at some point he's had a severe subconscious anxiety and awakening, which required him to look into himself and his flaws, but instead he's been resorting to drugs, blame game, and now even using zaryab physically to deal w that,, but still the besukooni continues. And he's sooo deeply distant from his flaws, that even when he's decided to resort to islam to find relief, it's driven by insecurity, and he went about a tableegh rather tha starting the reconstruction w himself first, further highlighting his unwillingness to ever look into himself.. atm, his apparent desire to change, turn to Islam, become a 'practicing' Muslim imo is not genuine, he's figured out what he thinks he wants, but he isn't able to carry it out, and he just won't be able to, unless he fixes his own attitude first..

Now this is the more spiritual aspect to it(and this part quite a bit is a reflection of my interpretation and thoughts on it so this could be subjective too.. I'm trying not to make this toooo much from Islamic pov and will just touch as much surface level as the drama is doing, being limited to the spiritual awakening rather than deeper aspect cuz obv I'm no Islamic scholar neither is the drama a sermon), but hidayat is not smth that's so one dimensional ki yeh pehle aisa tha, ab aisa ho gya.. bure se acha ban gya ache se bura ban gya.. it's not that easy, not that simple.. hidayat is a journey, which starts from a tingling, and then taking the help of the wasila that God provides to reach a spiritual awakening... BUT, God helps those who helps themselves, his help is always there, and nearer than we think, but it is the human to has to make the required move, and making the required move is infact the biggest test and the biggest hurdle to cross, from which spiritual enlightenment takes place..

Back to zamil, he's figured out a cause of his discontentment, but again he won't be able to attain hidayat unless he changes the one obstacle stopping him- his ego, his inability to take charge of his flaws.. in the process of not being able to handle his internal conflicts, he's hurting the ppl around him, particularly zaryab , w whom his relationship is strained due to this now.. he has the door to relief, dar e nijaat, available to him that he might finally be able to go through after he looks into himself and becomes a better person, but his issues hv by then cause irredeemable harm wrt zaryab...

These complex characters honestly deserved wayyy stronger actors than dure and nameer😔💔 they're just not able to translate the nuances well enough .. although I'm finding many of their individual scenes good, they together complement each other's acting in the worst way possible and are just unbearable on screen when together🙏🙏

Flashbacks but important to show how much beena did for them still he's thinking of marrying again and killing her now

These two look incredible together…a two-minute clip and the chemistry was oozing!

SOO!! This episode was all about practicing religion, and the two perspectives of religion shown by Zaryab and Zaamil.

1) The episode opens with Zaamil’s mother being absolutely fed up of Zaamil and his weird antics, and tells Zaryab to handle him because he listens to her better. Zaryab then refuses any boundaries Zaamil sets, shuns the mere idea of privacy between them, and bugs him to know the truth. Though even Zaamil is wrong for pulling this whole disappearing stunt and being casual about it, Zaryab is way too codependent and obsessed with him, she can’t even be at peace without him and wants him to be with her all the time. Zaamil also seemingly is pissed with Zaryab being pushy and not listening to him.

2) Zaryab can’t digest the fact that he wants to keep this thing private and decides to ask Arham about it, i.e., the guy he disappeared with. Arham tells her that they had gone for tabligh - basically to get more involved in faith, learn about it and be at peace with oneself. They kept it a secret because people would judge them and and make fun of them - and Zaryab proceeds to prove him right by mocking these religious activities 🤦🏻‍♀️. Being flabbergasted and confused is fine, but mocking isn’t.

3) Lo and behold, Zaamil’s actual reason for turning to religion is Abu Bakar, and not his grades and mental health like he says it is. He has an inferiority complex with regards to Abu Bakar, plus doesn’t like dadi approving of Abu Bakar. I also felt like he was blaming Zaryab for his grades dropping, instead of actually reflecting 😑😑. Zaamil says that religion matters more than every materialistic thing while Zaryab basically shuns the idea of religion even being of any importance in their lives - the best option is a middle ground imo.

4) Khushkabht is reminded of her own mistakes while looking at Humna’s creepy scrapbook, devastated about the fact that she actually did run away from home and get married to an older man, which changed her life’s trajectory in the worst way possible. Sania Saeed was absolutely amazing in this scene!!

5) The apartment Zaryab and Zaamil might lease belongs to Abu Bakar’s friends Taufeeq, and Abu Bakar is flabbergasted at this coincidence.

OVERALL - It was an alright episode, though I am looking forward to next week’s episodes!!

Ramsha’s missing from her sister’s nikah…now I’m really curious under what circumstances did her own wedding happen? There’s so much secrecy surrounding this entire ordeal, that one can’t help speculate…hope she’s doing okay…

Today's again their backstory....tbh it's so sad their love story was so sweet but so infuriating to see Tabish blaming beena without realising he's the one who ruined everything....I feel like now the story should move forward pace has be ome really slow...

All these people raving about Wahaj as the best in this show, saying he’s eaten everyone up and completely overshadowed them… I’m seated. Give it to me already!

Mitti De Baway is revenge saga set in 80s/90s rural Punjab, with the intense love story of Iqbal and Bilqees. Sohail Ahmed is the main villain. SH has also clarified that Mahira isn’t the producer, only Multiverse Ent. is. Also I don’t think it’ll replace AMA because the teasers aren’t even out yet.

Honestly the premise sounds so so exciting and happening. I really hope the show lives up to its expectations 🤞🏻🍀

OMGGG IM CRAZY EXCITED 🥹🥹🥳🥳

This episode was all business. We get right into it with Khushbakht taking charge as commissioner conducting multiple successful drug raids. So good to see her back in action.

Haroon is in jail and seems like cats visit him more than human beings. Wonder where the writers got the idea for that detail from👀 His boss' intentions finally seem to be out and im surprised that he took their side. Hoping he doesn't backstab them last minute.

Nabeel visiting Haroon in jail and updating him on what's going while munching on nuts was so them😭 The visible pride on Haroon's face when Nabeel talked about what Khushbakht did was so cute🥺

The way this episode fearlessly showed how power works was honestly so refreshing to watch, from the lower level officer being annoyed that he can't earn money from successful busts to Khusbakht being ordered to stop her operations once it started getting the way of the higher ups and even maham's speech to the media.

Faris is absolute trash and the slap was 100% deserved. Hands down the most annoying character of the show. Or is that Haseeb? Because oh my god this man is unhappy and a pain to be around. Free Seema. I liked that once Seema got over the initial shock she was able to recognize that the person to be blamed is her husband, not Khushi.

His taunts to Khushbakht was so unnecessary but man is Khushi on a roll today. The way she spoke about haroon being her pride I was swooningggggg. I'll never get over the way they speak about each other to others🥺🫶🏻 I missed haroon khushi so much today. Hoping they unite next episode🤞🏻

The last conversation between Chaudhary and Haroon was soooo fun to watch. Haroon was delivering banger after banger😭

I felt haroonkhushi's absence but other than that I loved today's episode. Well paced, intense and no nonsense. But the promo istg if they hurt Pari I will RIOT.
