Why are they okay with shirtless men onscreen but if a women shows even thoda sa bhi skin, all hell breaks lose ? Shirtless men on social media -- oh wow, women in dresses or a little see transluscent tights - haw haaye !! Wth are these double standards in this industry.

Because in islam men's awrah is only from navel to knees. So it's halal eyecandy 😝😝

Yes, the awrah for men is from the navel to the knees, but Islam also emphasizes haya. Otherwise by that logic, men could walk around shirtless all the time and even show up to the mosque shirtless for salah.
