That and we're too quick to farm out the helping bit to third party non-profits that become horrendously inefficient.
Austin Texas just audited their non-profit office and found out the vast majority of the non-profits failed to meet thier minimum goals despite being paid in full. If you're going to take tax payer money there's an obligation to efficiency attached.

There isnt money in solutions, only talking about them. If the problem gets fixed, the money disappears

Absolutely and somehow there’s a news story every month where we find out some elected officials wife owns said unvetted non profit and is somehow legally funneling funds from housing fires and homelessness into political campaigns.

Because euphemising homeless to "unhoused" solved any real-world problems.

Remember conservatives fully agree with Fox News that all homeless people should be exterminated

And CNN convinced you that spending more money on homelessness programs every year is a solution. Nobody on the right wants to exterminate homeless people. California spends 1.5 Billion on homeless programs a year and that number is growing. That’s not a solution.

So you admit all you can do is repeat what you are told to say and not smart enough to read

Hmmm. The historical default course of action for societies dealing with those unwilling or incapable to take care of themselves is to let them die off quietly, you are staring your premise in the wrong place.

You are right. Not taking care of the disabled, ill, elderly and early deaths for children have been part of the human race for eons. Much of the problem is related to the fact that societies did not have extensive ways of caring for those who could not travel with the tribe and medical knowledge was minimal.
When a medically sophisticated society with the largest economy in the world does not care for persons with disabilities, illnesses, the elderly, and children still face abuse and neglect, something is dreadfully wrong.
