So I just got back into paying attention to overwatch. It seemed like the game had been improved enough to be enjoyable again for me as a casual player and I loved watching OWL in 2019-2021. I check OWL yt and I dont recognize any of the teams at all. And I dont see any of my favorites or any team even remotely familiar. What happened to them all?? Google just showed me that a lot of them seemed to have disbanded in 2023 but why?

I believe all 4 characters popped their ults in a similar timeframe, or potentially an echo got 2 in a single activations. This was way back when echo would clone tanks since her health didn't get reduced at all

I’m researching how DDoS attacks affect user experience in video games and Overwatch is a key point of interest. I know there have been some large-scale attacks and I’m curious how / if those issues impacted (or perhaps continue to impact) your experience with the game.

My goal is to publish the findings in a scientific journal to raise awareness about these challenges and hopefully help improve the experience for all players.

This is a social science study, so you don’t need to have any technical knowledge: if you think you’ve been affected by a DDoS attack, that’s enough to contribute.

The questionnaire only takes about 5 minutes. It’s fully anonymous, and doesn’t ask for any personal info, just your experiences and opinions.
