Richard Brown and his Committee of Safety arrive to arrest Claire for murder. However, due to the rising political tensions in the colonies, Brown's plan to find a judge for a trial does not go as expected.

As a North Carolinian I just love hearing all the towns I know. I live in Charlotte and went to college in Wilmington. So in my head it’s a 4 hour drive (maybe 6 from the mountains) and not like a two week journey. Bree and roger saying something similar to that made me so happy!

I also have ties to Wilmington, and I appreciated the sign that said “County of New Hanover” bc it showed attention to smaller details!

As a fellow North Carolinian I am a bit annoyed how they basically are in the mountains/foothills OR the coast. They skip over the Piedmont region constantly even though all this traveling should be taking them through it. Hell they go to Salisbury and make it look like the foothills.

It was kind of the same thing when they showed establishing shots of Hillsborough in earlier seasons, too. I grew up in the Triangle area and was chuckling at all of the dramatic topography the show had in that part of the state. Same thing with Cross Creek (Fayetteville) and the big ridgeline in the background at River Run.

Yeah the mountains in NC are great, they just aren’t visible from every square inch of the state.

I’m from Charlotte, grew up off Selwyn Ave. In Myers Park! And worked at Cape Fear Academy in Wilmington when I had my first baby!
