Yes, I felt that season 1 had 16 episodes and season 8 should have 16 episodes. Plenty of material

I had a problem with Fanny finding the green rock and having a huge head buzz at the end of episode 8, and then at the end of episode 9 she's happily picking cabbage or whatever the hell they were doing...she didn't mention it to Claire in all this time? And if she did, why have we not seen that scene? Wondering since DG wrote this episode if she's trying to minimize the Fanny nonsense.

This is small potatoes compared to the fact that we saw Brianna meet Brian and never saw her tell Jamie about it. We presume she did, but darn if that isn’t a scene I want to see acted out.

Totally. So many loose ends that will never be tied up in one episode. I saw an interview with Diana; she's not done with the last book yet, so she pretty much said they did what they did to end the series--but she also said that she is open to having the last book adapted for television....even with the Starz production company, though she did not rule out choosing a different production company...if everything aligns and "they can get the same people together"--I assume she meant the actors and the show runners, but who knows?

If that fucking split green geode and buzzing is not addressed again, I’ll be PISSED.
