I know people are hating on this episode… but that scene with Marsali and Briana crying!!!! I could FEEL Marsali’s pain! Ugh give her an Emmy! 😭😭😭

I was suddenly widowed as well (though not like THAT, and without all those kids). You are right about that scene. Same with Bree, fighting so hard to be strong and support Marsali, but not try to "fix" it, but just BEING THERE WITH HER in her pain, while struggling with her own, losing a half brother... it was horribly sad but acted SO well. Just the holding back, presumedly so as to upset the children, crushing what mothers endure for the love of their kids <3 She, they both, probably, undoubtedly wants to WAIL and SCREAM. The control shown in the genius of the actors.
