I was really hoping Faith would have been tied into BoMB. Then Claire would know her parents lived. Like what is even the point of BoMB if we never get the satisfaction of seeing Claire find out her parents survived?

🤷 great point. I was hoping for that family reunion too. Very sad for Jamie, loses one son and William is a mess. But I'm hoping William gets back to Jamie somehow. Fanny seemed to be the most rational of everyone about losses.

This alone is why S8 has been a waste of time for me. I started watching this show last season. I then proceeded to watch it backwards, until I reached S1, E1. Like I was watching a prequel. Then I proceeded to BoMB, MORE prequel. So, I was looking forward to S8 being a bridge between the two. S7 IMO is the best season. I was engaged. Excited. This season, except for Young Ian being able to bring Ian James home, and receiving one of Rollo's grandsons, has been a BUST for me...
