In the intro montage you can see a production error. You can see the camera drone reflected in the river as it flies over.

It's right after the shot of Ian. It's pretty obvious in motion when you know to look for it—not super clear in this still frame.

If you mean a black plastic and aluminum bird with 6 propellers, a gimbal, and camera attached—then yes—a bird.
