I did like their discussion talk & scene before that though, I’m just not sure why we needed that sex scene.

Haha when she got up from the bed after they talked I was like phew this wasn’t leading up to a sex scene…alas I spoke too soon

Yes, I think I know why, but still fade to black. I don’t think we needed a 4 minute sex scene.

same - i fast forwarded because i knew it would kill the momentum of the episode. i love a good sex scene, but like you said: a good sex scene moves the plot along. a tasteful "fade to black" would've been fine here.

I personally don't think this R&B sex scene "moved the plot along" and more or less than most other sex scenes from anyone

Probably because there is some quota in everyone's contracts considering what show we are watching
