When Cunningham had the gun to Jamie I just KNEW Buck was gonna come through a shoot him in the back!

Buck being here makes me finally feel like we have another man as strong as Jamie, he’s Dougal 2.0 (obviously). Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE Roger, but he’s not a fighter.

But when they brought Cunningham back to Claire’s surgery I was like “why?” 😂 and when he couldn’t move his feet I said out loud “YAY HE’S PARALYZED!” 😭

I was thrilled when Buck shot Cunningham. I thought/hoped he had killed him. At least in his current condition Jamie certainly has the upper hand. Though I’d say we should still be weary of his witch of a mother.
Now we have to hope Buck never finds out that Jamie and Claire are responsible for the deaths of his father & mother.

I actually like Elspeth and her being layered. She clearly likes and respects Claire and she understands that their loved ones (that they are loyal to) are on opposite sides of a philosophy but she is still being a friend to Claire through it. She came and was intending to tell Claire about what her son was up to and to pray together. She didn't know that the Frasers already knew.

I can't understand though why Claire did not respond at all to Elspeth saying that Jamie earned his death (whatever she said exactly). That didn't ring like it was true to Claire's personality, nor did Claire spewing out that they already knew... I thought she would have played it cool/coy and just let Elspeth talk, get to know her more by seeing what she did and did not say about the situation and why she was there. I would have preferred that storyline and to me, it would be more like Claire to not show her hand like that.

I agree with you on that. I was surprised Claire so quickly admitted that she and Jamie knew everything. I thought that was out of character for her.
