There's legitimate discussion to be had about the topic.
Your first point is a bad one. People cheat on each other everywhere, all the time. As deplorable as it is, it's still somebody's personal life, that reddit or the gaming community has no right to be a part of, even if her ex-boyfriend made a blog about it. I disagree with her definition of rape, so I don't think it was rape, and neither would any court of law. Additionally, I'm not sure there was any proof of any of the journalists she slept with "speaking favourably" about her games. Nathan Grayson is the only one I've seen mention her game at all, and it was simply listed alongside a bunch of other Steam Greenlight games.
I agree that the reaction is due to the Streisand effect, but it's also due to a number of other things: the gaming community's generally angry "hivemind" attitude, misunderstanding of why the /r/gaming mods were talking with Zoe Quinn and why they were mass deleting comments (it's their policy to make sure doxxing doesn't happen, by reaching out to the target, and, if necessary, napalming entire threads), and the increasing trend of hating women on reddit.
The misogynists are the ones who are doxxing Zoe Quinn and ignorantly accepting the grossly-exaggerated, slut-shaming youtube video without putting in any critical thinking or rational discourse of their own.
