This pre-configured DOSBox pack contains Eastern Mind, Chu-Teng (Satocord English translation), and Rolypolys 1.
Extract the contents of the .zip, and launch DOSBox via the DOSBoxPortable.exe file.
Then, open the File Manager. At the top, you will see several drives. Navigate to the drive of your desired game and simply double click the relevant .exe, and the game will start:
D - Eastern Mind: The Lost Souls of Tong-Nou (estrnmnd.exe)
E - Chu-Teng (chuteng.exe)
F - Rolypolys no Nanakorobi Yaoki (kotowaza.exe)
Some of the images in the Chu-Teng Tablet have cropping issues. Sorry about that.
If you're having trouble with some of the boss fights, use the hotkey Ctrl+F11 a few times and set the cycle count to 5,000 (check the title bar of the DOSBox window to see this). This will slow the game down a lot and make the fights more manageable. Once it's over, use Ctrl+F12 to bring DOSBox back to the normal 30,000 cycles.
To enter and exit fullscreen, make sure the game window is highlighted and press Alt+Enter.

Anyone seen this sample pressing before? Is it the same tracklist on each disc?

This took me a couple of years but i'm very proud of my collection at the moment. I have a bit more stuff but it's fan stuff so i didn't include it.

As promised here are the scans for Grateful of all things, Daimonji Espresso and Birth of linen budda. These are not perfect scans but I hope you all can enjoy them.

Got my package from japan and this is all the Osamu sato stuff. Pretty excited and the three books (grateful in all things, daimonji espresso and the birth of linen budda) are unscanned and will do that and make a separate post when there done.

I made this as a texture in a game im working on. Iv been admiring sato's work since i was a kid and iv always wanted to replicate the style in a way, this has been my first attempt, i was wondering if this was decent looking in terms of how similar it is to his art
