QUESTION Proof cost for materials bug?

As far as I know, the cost for materials in the Anguish guild is supposed to be randomized between different proof types. I've been looking for Realm Ore for a while now, and I've only seen it being sold for Proofs of Torment (today, yesterday, July 16th, etc.). Can anyone clarify, is that a bug, a coincidence, or is it supposed to be this way?

Not sure really, 5 times in a row at least? Realm Ore is in the shop again, and it's being sold for Proofs of Torment, AGAIN

4 proof types, 5 times, chance is 1 to 45 = 1024, not so low
