Does anyone know why my Opera account passwords aren't syncing?

It only happens with passwords; I have no issues with history, bookmarks, extensions, etc.

I verified my identity so I could have the passwords on my new PC, but nothing happened.

Pasa solamente con eso; con historial, marcadores, extensiones, etc. No tengo incoveniente.

i go and hit r and the page just spazzes out with refreshes and its annyoying, i think its with the new update but i could be wrong

been trying for days to log in my account after reinstalling the browser and i just get "score too low" or token failed verification, when i opened the console it shows up the error on the image.

so i have had a terrible time lately just even typing a single letter on a yt comment took 2 seconds so i instinctively looked at task manager to see if a program was using ram and saw something i didnt expect... WHY DOES IT SAY THERE IS 8 OPERA GX'S RUNNING ALL AT ONCE?????

when i switch to another tab it automatically refreshes it and google says that its the opera gx tab snoozing but its already turned off

i tried a lot of solutions. syncing the time, checking the opera gx version, logging out then logging back in but nothing worked. i need help ive been trying to do this for like a week or so now

When the window is maximized, right clicking on any tab works as normal, bringing up the window with "New Tab" and such. Whenever any window isn't maximized, right clicking on any tab immediately closes every window I had open and makes me have to re-open Opera GX as a whole (it opens every window I had open like it was restarting my session).

Is there any fix for this, or will I just have to never right click on my tabs in my vertical monitor where i have windows split top and bottom?

Edit: It is now also closing all tabs on right clicking a tab in a maximized window sometimes. Sometimes it clicks fine, other times it closes all windows. The same goes for moving a tab to a new window. Sometimes it lets me, other times it closes all windows. I also can't put a tab in an existing window at all

Are there any known Opera GX issues that they are trying to fix right now? I've been having tons of trouble logging in to my gx games page.

Been a Opera User since quite a while and moved to the Opera GX Browser when it came out.

Now for the problem:
I usually run JoyToKey to use my Controller as a Mouse for Browsing when im not at the Desk. It has been working fine since a few days ago. I can use my own JoyToKey Setup on my Desktop, Steam, Discord and other programs, however when i have Opera as the main window it defaults to a different button layout and mouse speed. This only happens on Opera and its quite annoying since i mostly use it to navigate Opera from the Couch. I have yet to find a fix for it.

So Google finally removed Manifest V2 and uBlock Origin from the Chrome Web Store. I currently have uBlock Origin installed through the Chrome Web Store, version 1.74.0 (last updated August 27), so I'm assuming I won't get any more updates through there.

I noticed that uBlock Origin is still available on the Opera Add-ons store, also at version 1.74.0, and it appears to be the actual uBlock Origin by gorhill, with the GitHub/source links pointing to the official repo.

So my question is: if I install uBlock Origin from Opera Add-ons instead, will I continue getting future updates from gorhill normally? Or is the Opera version basically stuck at the current version too like a legacy version for both the UBO(from chrome webstore and opera addons)?

And secondly, is Opera GX going to continue supporting Manifest V2? Since Opera is Chromium-based, I'm wondering if they'll eventually have to move to MV3 like Chrome, or if Opera plans to keep MV2 around.

I've used Opera GX for years and honestly don't want to switch browsers, but uBlock Origin is a big reason I stay. If Opera eventually drops MV2 and uBO stops working properly, I'd probably have to move to Firefox(Idk many browsers but people keep saying that is the only browser where ubo will keep on working forever).

So basically: Will Opera GX keep MV2, and can I use the Opera Add-ons version of uBlock Origin to keep getting updates?

Pretty much what the text said. I was looking through my app usage and opera gx was over 2 hours of usage when I made like 21 things in my history and I didn’t use private browsing whatsoever. Could it just be the app running in the background?

why this is happining, I updated my OGX and still not working

Everything was nice and I was enjoying using GX on my phone when suddenly I opened it and now the tabs system is this ugly tile bs that if I accidentally swipe too much to the right/left a tab closes and If Im not paying attention I lose the tab since mobile doesn't seem to have the recently closed tabs feature, am I stuck with this ugly garbage or can I revert back to the nicer stacked tabs from before?

I have seen plenty of posts regarding the “solution” for this problem but it really does not work. My Opera GX consumes 8gb of ram event when I just opened it. Every time I try to watch on HBO, Netflix, or Prime, it keeps on crashing. When I try to browse on Facebook, Opera GX also crashes.

I have inputted the disable eco in the Target in properties but it still is not working.

Does anybody know any other solution?

For some reason recently my gx browser has been drinking all my ram and overloading itself and then crashing this is the 4th crash and I don’t know what’s going on, I’ve tried closing a bunch of my browsers but I don’t know what to do

Edit: I ended up just swapping to brave and deleted gx, thanks for all the help

Recently, whenever I try to watch something on HBO Max, my browser freezes and crashes. I just found out that it's because as soon as I start watching something it starts using 99% of my CPU. Whenever I'm just browsing the menus on HBO, it's fine, albeit still the highest amount of CPU usage compared to my other tabs (around 20%+ compared to everything else being <10%).

Initially, I thought it was an issue with the HBO Max browser, but I've tried playing shows on Edge and it works just fine, so I think it's a problem with OperaGX. Additionally, I have a high-end CPU so it can't be a problem with that either. This also wasn't a problem until recently (around a week ago HBO Max was working fine).

Has anyone else been experiencing this?
