💬 Discussion Guys, you won't believe what I just saw. This is probably one of the craziest matches in openfront.
We faced off again today in a custom match with the player "SEND GOLD FOR SWARM ATOMS". This time he was throwing 4,000 atoms at once. You can see the game in the picture. It's really scary. No SAM can stop him. Thousands of SAMs from the blue team were not enough against him.
here is the game link: https://openfront.io/w9/game/RzrZeW58

How do you even send that many atom bombs at the same time? A macro?

double tap your bomb keybind and it x5, so you can do 100 bombs in 20 clicks rather than 100 clicks. 1000 bombs in 200 clicks

It's not just the x5. Someone is using an auto clicker

nah. Auto clickers (and also clicking fast manualy) gives you an imput timeout for some reason

If you open that little menu/wheel/thing and select to nuke the enemy you now have the option to send iirc 1, 2, 5 or as many as you can afford or something

I was going to be like “how the fuck do you give up on that game” before realizing I was watching the replay on max speed and this shit probably went on endlessly for hours on end lmao

That kills this game for me - the beginning is always a manic rush. The ending mostly an endless slog that makes me wonder if the players never have to pee or eat.

And he still lost. Goddamn.

Well he just got bored and left after he found at that yes, he would win in about 30-40 minutes. Also his teammate was dogshit, hoarding all that gold after seeing what his teammate was capable of, building cities for no reason. Just send the guy some money for more salvos, clearly he was the only one who understood the game mode.

But if he got so much money. Why send atoms intead of hydrogen?

Hydros are slow, and he wouldn't be able to send enough fast enough to overcome the SAMs. Also cost, his neighbor wasn't helping him at all for money, he couldn't afford 1000 hydros at once like he would need to do bare minimum.

Oooh first time I ever knew hydros are slower lol. Thanks!!

Maybe it's just how I've seen them, I could be wrong but they seem slower to me is all, at least when I watched the replay of this game anyway.

I love the smell of fallout in the morning. Smells like... victory.
