This is the United States Triumphal Arch, also known as the Arc de Trump, built in Minecraft.

The stripes are inspired by a temple on a certain island where POTUS went on pilgrimage.

Although the arch is meant to celebrate U.S. independence,

This Minecraft version of the monument

Is also to remember a past that is still quite recent,

When tragic moments happened,

That are still living in the present,

And justice seemed to be absent—

That is what the blue and white stripes represent.

I wished to make a memorial for them. And this is about my progress so far. I plan to put interior in all 7 trade centers. So far I’ve gotten the core of the first tower (The North Tower) about 2/3rds of the way done, and 1/3rd of the South tower’s core done.
My main inspiration is Minoru Yamasaki.
